I ordered these fans after searching online and reading the fantastic reviews for this product. I have been experiencing severe "hot flashes" and this portable, durable, versatile little fan has "saved me". I originally purchased two. One worked fantastically and one did not. I emailed the seller. Very apologetic, put a new fan in the mail the next day-no questions asked. Did not have to pay shipping on the additional unit. The customer service was wonderful! I carry one everywhere I go. They are quiet, adjustable and are very efficient in cooling one off. Great product!!!
